The following steps detail how to disable the Use Access Control (UAC) prompts when logged on as an Administrator.
- Click on the Windows (Start) button
- Enter “secpol.msc” into the start menu search box
- Expand ‘Local Policies’ and select ‘Security Options’
- Locate “User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode” and double-click on it
- Set to ‘Elevate without prompting’
- Click ‘OK’ to save the changes.
