IT Support Guides is a collection of tips, how to guides and articles on a broad range of topics typically covered in IT support roles.
How can I contact you?
You can use the contact form, however a response is not guaranteed.
If you have a question, comment or contribution about an existing article I ask that you use the comments section at the bottom of each page.
If you have a computer how-to question I suggest you use Google to search for your answer or ask the question on a Q&A support website like superuser.com or stackoverflow.com – this will be a more likely way to get your answer.
Can you review my product or service?
Requests for reviews can be made using the contact form, however a response is not guaranteed.
For your product or service to be reviewed it needs to be relevant to the audience of this website – users that are seeking information on how to do computer tasks. This may be end users, administrators or support staff.
Can you link to my website?
No. I do not see how this would be of any value to the audience of this website.
Can I post your article on my website?
No. This website has taken many hours to produce the content and run.
The content on this website is copyrighted. By posting the content on your own website you are not only stealing the content but stealing the time it took to produce and any future revenue lost due to lost traffic.
I recognise that no idea or expression is truly original – but I am strictly ruling out copying my content in full and/or using the images from the content.
For further information read the copyright statement.
Do you accept guest posts?
Not at this point in time, but you’re free to use the contact form to propose a topic.
You would also need to provide an example of your writing style.
The guest post cannot include links back to other websites.
