How to create an email signature using Entourage 2008 (Version 12.1.5).
- If the user already has a signature, locate it (in the Sent Items folder), select the text and copy (Apple key + C)
- With Entourage started, select the ‘Tools’ menu and then ‘Signatures’
- Click on the ‘New’ button
- Under ‘Name’ enter in a display name for the signature
- In the lower part of the window create or paste in the desired email signature
- Close the window and choose ‘Save’ to save the changes
- Select the ‘Entourage’ menu and select ‘Account Settings’
- Double click on the users account name
- Select the ‘Options’ tab
- Under ‘Default signature’ select the name of the signature you created
- Click ‘OK’ and close the Accounts window.
