[SOLVED] Microsoft Outlook Wont Open

Problem:

You try to open Microsoft Outlook 2007 and receive an error message which says “Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.” Outlook then closes.

 

Solution:

1. Open the Windows Start menu
2. Select ‘Run’
3. Type in Outlook.exe /resetnavpane and click ‘OK’
4. 
5. Outlook will now reset the navigation preferences and then open.
